Description
Designed and built by Hot Rod Hall of Famer and Guinness Book of Records Holder Jay Ohrberg as a tribute to the late and legendary James Dean. This car, along with Jay's Elvis and Marilyn Monroe tribute cars toured the world, to over 50 different countries. Jay would receive $10,000 per car, per show to have these rolling pieces of art on display. The body is all hand formed steel, not fiberglass. The head and wings were hand carved and then a fiberglass mold was pulled from them and installed. Believe it our not, but this car actually does run and drive. The car was replicated from James Dean's death car, a 1955 Porsche 550 Spyder known as "Little Bastard".
