Convertible with Pony Interior
The 1965 Model was the first year of the Mustang. Mustang is Ford's longest running production automobile making it Ford's biggest success since it was introduced to the public in March of 1964 at the New York World's Fair. This first year convertible features the popular pony interior with multi-pod dash, wood accents, center console, molded door panels and upgraded seats with the Mustang embossed into the vinyl. It features the 289 cubic inch engine which was the largest available in this compact car at the time. It has power steering, power convertible top and an automatic transmission. The 60's era Mustangs are still one of the most popular American Muscle Cars people enjoy driving today.
